Dakshayani Athalye 
A law graduate and a post graduate in Education from Tata Institute from Social Sciences, Dakshayani has been learning and performing Kirtanas from an age of 6. Dakshayani has been associated with social sectors for past many years in different capacities – from a teacher in a municipal school to HR associate to CSR manager. Dakshayani is a published author and conducts capacity building workshops for not for profits and social ventures.
Mandar Karanjkar 
Mandar is a co-founder of Baithak Foundation. He is a passionate believer in the power of music as a tool for all round human development. Mandar brings his formal education in engineering and has many years of consulting experience with start-ups and MNCs. He is a published author with two books to his credit. He is a student of Indian Classical Vocal Music.
Saurabh Londhe 
Sourabh is a B.Tech in mechanical engineering from Government College of Engineering, Pune. He is presently working with Bajaj Auto in the research and development department. He is a music lover and learning to play harmonica.

The Baithak Museum of Indian Classical Music is a creation of the Pt. Firoz Dastur Memorial Foundation, a non-profit, 80(c) registered charitable trust in India. The objective of is to showcase the masterworks of the many great masters of India’s Classical Music heritage and collect stories, photographs and meta-data around these performers.
